The Server is responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests. No experience is required because our training, team culture, and management will set you up to succeed! We offer benefits to part-time as well as full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based work environment

• Provide each guest a memorable dining experience

• Learn the menu to explain options, make recommendations and sell to our Guests

• Present an accurate guest check, accept payment, and quickly complete the transaction • Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Ruby Tuesday Responsible Serving Statement Policy *hourly estimated earnings are inclusive of base hourly rate and tip potential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 in order to serve alcohol) Not 18? Check out our Host, Tue-Go, and Expo positions available to anyone 16 and up
• No prior work experience required
• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, and phone
